(1) The Marinakis family, including Evangelos M. Marinakis, our former chairman, through its ownership of Capital Maritime may be deemed to beneficially own, or to have beneficially owned, all of our Common Shares held by Capital Maritime. The Marinakis family, including Miltiadis E. Marinakis, through its ownership of 100% of Capital Gas and CGP LLC, may be deemed to beneficially own all of our Common Shares held by Capital Gas and CGP LLC.
(2) As reported in a Schedule 13D filed on September 29, 2025 by Yoda PLC (“Yoda”) and Ioannis Papalekas. According to the Schedule 13D, Mr. Papalekas is the controlling shareholder of Yoda and as such may be deemed to beneficially own the Common Shares held by Yoda or its wholly-owned subsidiaries Paparebecorp Limited and Ascetico Limited.
